    I myself need about 6 reps but heavier and supersets towards end.

    My other brother from another mother. Wish you were closer I would squeeze your head lol. So glad to hear from you. Oh and I am back cycle is going to start Thursday I will post that for you guys still tweaking some ideas around. Strength is good I believe my elbow is healed so it's about to pay the price for holding up progress.

    My golfer elbow acted up but mostly healed!!!
    No gym ate bad food 45 days straight.
    Did some healing though.
    Around 2 weeks in slammer and rest of time at in-house violence program!!!
    To reduce battery felons on 1 but charged for 2 people did the program.
    Violent offenders get NO slack in my state.
    The slammer was easy they were all scared of me and gave me food hoping I would have their back!! Lol!!

    Anyway time to party Thudges, starting blast myself my friend.
    Here is my stack same as usual.

    Test p 75-100mg ED
    Tren a 75-100mg ED this one stronger than last supplier's so easing into it!!!
    Mast prop 100mg ED

    Proviron 100mg ED
    Anavar 75mg ED
    Aromasin 12.5 ED
    Cialis 12.5 ED

    T3/t4 around 40-50mcg t3 to
    50-100mcg t4 I have different mixes and both on own

    Hgh 3iu a day then 5iu a day

    Igf-1lr3 prolly 60-80mcg split bi-lateral for 30 days or so at exhaust point last 15 minutes of workout!!! Have 1 brand BUT another GOOD one soon a human grade!Thudgens training journal

    Have winny for later!!!

    U know my style Thudgens but I may change up and use some long esters
    Tren E, Mast E, Test E, and Primo E
    With rest instead of short esters then switch later.

    I have run tren alot this year and Anavar almost constant.
    All my labs are good with only ALT or AST can't remember which only 6 points over with only 3 weeks off at time of draw.

    U ask how I was brother I am making it and those are my plans.
    Was off all gear even TRT test with No access to Serms or Ai's then at In-house program they gave me TRT after a whopping 79 total testosterone came back on those labs. Assholes wouldn't even give me TRT my script at first!!!
    LMAO!!! I defated then bloated after getting back on TRT dose.
    I have work to do!!! Lol
    But a break always good!!!

    Sorry for the book but my true friends I missed u guys!!!
