    And as far as it goes I at my age only do first sets for strength low and heavy but push no harder!!!
    Older muscle contracts better from experience that is why we get super pump compared to younger guys!!!
    Also growth is slow in experienced guys.

    In bodybuilding training is adjusted to results of the builder what works.
    We all different.

    I myself need about 6 reps but heavier and supersets towards end.
