    Good evening ASB. Is their anybody out there. Lol. Killed back today. Music is a big part of my workout. And at my gym I am fortunate enough to be able to hook my phone right into the speaker system of the gym and crank it up. Today it was theater of pain by motley crue. In my opinion one of the greatest rock n roll albums ever made.
