    Pec deck standing with hands low for lower pecs 80x12, 80x12, 80x10
    Flat machine press 45x12, 55x10, 65x10 failure
    Db flyes 30x10, 30x9, 30x8
    Incline rack presses to just above chin 25x12, 30x10, 35x8

    Holy shit! I was walking funny after just those two sets. Hopefully this rep/weight scheme will equal new growth.

    Behind the neck no bands 10x23, 20x17, 30x10

    I had wanted to do the following but the damn pec deck was occupied every time I ventured over.

    Pec deck tears sitting perpendicular to the pad. If you are working right arm then you face to the left and vice versa.

    Overall my workouts have felt great and I continue recomping well and my weight seesaws up and down slightly as far comes off and muscle goes on. My weight belt can be cinched 2 notches closer without really trying to wrench against it and holding onto the rack for leverage. I have an update pic from just after waking yesterday but my internet connection is shit on my wifi and my cell signal.

    Lying leg curl. Hips rotated outward to force you to keep them pressed into the pad 30x9, 30x9, 30x7, 20x9.5

    Stiff leg deads with db 40x11, 45x8, 50x6
    Vertical leg press using smith machine 45x 15, 90x12, 115x8-legs shaking the whole time

    Unfortunately this workout was cut a little short because the staff needed me to help resolve an issue(which is why I try not to work out at work 90% of the time)
    Incline db press 40x15, 50x15, 60x15, 70x12, 75x12
    Flat smith press with pause at the bottom 45x10, 55x7, 45x7, 35x8
    Incline Db pullovers 60x9, 60x8, 60x6
    Peck deck 85x15, 100x12, 100x10
    Leg press calf extensions 3 plates x 15, 4 plates x 12, 5 plates x 8

    I have to say, while I know it may be hard to follow because my workouts vary so much, I can feel s difference in my strength lately. Weight on some things are up and others I am getting more reps.
